We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to process your transactions. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Uploaded images and generated models are stored in Firebase to power your account and fulfill print orders.
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to measure advertising performance (TikTok, Meta, Reddit) and to understand how visitors use Crayly (PostHog). PostHog may record anonymized usage events and session replays (sampled more lightly on mobile) to help us improve the product. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner on your first visit, or change your choice anytime using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
When you log in using third-party services (like Google, Facebook, or Discord), we receive certain information from those providers as permitted by your settings with them.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We will remove your account, uploaded images, generated 3D models, and order history within 30 days of receiving your request, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.
